The Karpacz Residence Apartments are the perfect place to spend your dream vacation, both in summer and winter. In addition to peace and quiet, magnificent panoramic views of the Karkonosze Mountains, and proximity to nature, guests will find excellent conditions for active recreation. There are ski resorts and numerous hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, ideal for hiking, running, and Nordic walking. There are also bike paths and playgrounds nearby. The center of Karpacz is just a short walk away (about 15 minutes on foot).

Dogs are welcome in select apartments. The surcharge for accommodating a pet is 100 PLN (one-time fee). Guests who wish to stay with a dog are asked to contact the staff at the local office in Karpacz by phone in advance (you can find the phone number on our website under the CONTACT tab). The property offers internet access.

A parking space is assigned to the apartment (additional fee applies).

The apartments are equipped with clean bed linens and towels.

You can rent a high chair and a baby bathtub free of charge. For an additional fee (50 PLN for the entire stay), we provide a travel crib.

Attention! Please ensure your vehicles are equipped for mountain weather conditions during the winter season, as access to the resort may be difficult.

IMPORTANT!
To check in before arrival, you must complete certain online formalities, such as: Signing an internal rental agreement, paying the remaining rental amount (if only a portion has been paid), cleaning fee, security deposit, and tourist tax, etc., as well as any additional fees selected by the guest (e.g., parking for stays with a dog).

At select properties, you can access the apartment using a code at the door or a key dispenser. The code will be provided on the day of check-in after the formalities have been completed. You will receive information about key pickup a few days before your arrival. If key pickup takes place at the local office, please contact us by phone to arrange the key pickup (at least 24 hours before your arrival).
