The apartment building at 7 Sarnia Street is located in an extremely quiet area. Nearby, there is a coniferous forest and mountain trails. If we follow the yellow trail, which turns into a red trail, we’ll reach Sněžka—the highest peak in the Giant Mountains. Follow the black trail to Sowią Przełęcz and the Jelenka mountain hut. The Relax slope, featuring a 278-meter-long T-bar lift, is located 850 meters from the property.
Dogs are welcome in select apartments. The surcharge for bringing a pet is 100 PLN (one-time fee). Guests who wish to stay with a dog are asked to contact the staff at the local office in Karpacz by phone in advance (the phone number can be found on our website under the CONTACT tab).
A parking space is assigned to each apartment for an additional fee.
Each apartment features a well-equipped kitchenette and internet access.
The apartments are equipped with clean bed linens and towels.
High chairs and bathtubs are available for rent free of charge. For an additional fee (50 PLN for the entire stay), we provide a travel crib.

To check in before arrival, you must complete the following online procedures: Signing an internal rental agreement, paying the remaining rental balance (if only a portion has been paid), cleaning fee, security deposit, and visitor’s tax, etc., as well as any additional fees selected by the guest (e.g., parking for stays with a dog).
At select properties, you can access the apartment using a code at the door or a key dispenser. The code will be provided on the day of check-in after the formalities have been completed. You will receive information about key pickup a few days before your arrival. If key pickup takes place at the local office, please contact us by phone to arrange for key pickup (at least 24 hours before your arrival).
