This cosy apartment is located in Kościelisko on the beautiful, prestigious "Butorowy Residence" estate. The estate has parking and a garden with a barbecue area, so it's the perfect place for friends or family to get away. The property also has a 24-hour reception and a bar. Guests can use facilities such as a gym, children's room and ski locker free of charge. For an additional fee (PLN 30/hour), it is possible to use the sauna (during selected hours). The property is located 3.5 km from Zakopane and 4.5 km from Gubałówka. The nearest restaurants and a grocery shop are only 300 m away. All well organized, clean with standatd amenities. Sofa bed in upper floor has very thin mattress not fit for a good night's sleep unless you put an extra layer of thick covers on it. Thin walls you hesr neighbours all the time. Overall still ok value for money view magnificent and quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of Zakopane.
