Located in Gran Tarajal, Fuerteventura, Casa Gara welcomes you to a spacious 150 m² holiday home, perfect for up to 8 guests spread over 2 floors.
It features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a living room and a fully equipped private kitchen.
Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and, upon request, a cot and high chair for families with babies and young children.
The accommodation offers self check-in for your arrival. Outside, you can enjoy a private outdoor area with a heated pool, open terrace, and 2 balconies.
There is also an outdoor shower and a private barbecue for relaxing and dining al fresco. Free street parking is available, and public transport connections are within walking distance.
The house is just minutes from the sea. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed on the property.
Nearby, you will find services such as a supermarket, restaurants, ice cream shop, pizzeria, and cocktail bar. The property is equipped with energy and water-saving systems, as well as security cameras and audio recording devices.
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 pm to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. Please note there may be noise outside the house due to some neighboring construction work during your stay, expected to finish in the coming months. Across the street, there is a technical facility (desalination plant) whose operation may occasionally generate variable noise outdoors, but it does not affect the interior of the house.
